StarHealing Integrated User Agreement
Effective Date: December 18, 2025
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and participation in StarHealing, a program operated by BlissBot, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in StarHealing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
Purpose and Scope
StarHealing is a 6-month guided online family program designed to support personal development and human development through systems-based, educational, and coaching-oriented approaches.
The Program is intended for parents and legal guardians who voluntarily choose to participate on behalf of their family. StarHealing is not designed for casual or general-purpose use.
Nature of the Program
StarHealing provides:
• A structured, guided family program
• Personal and human development support
• Systems-based and science-informed approaches
• Educational content, coaching guidance, and technology-enabled support
StarHealing is not currently positioned as, and does not provide:
• Medical services
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Clinical therapy
• Diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or mental health condition
The Program supports developmental and experiential processes rather than medical or therapeutic interventions.
Educational and Non-Medical Notice
StarHealing operates outside the traditional medical and clinical framework.
Participation in the Program should not be interpreted as receiving medical advice, psychological treatment, or clinical care. Nothing within the Program is intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
If you believe you or your child require medical or clinical care, you should seek assistance from appropriately licensed professionals.
Results, Experiences, and Testimonials
StarHealing has been developed through research, application, and observed family experiences. Some families report meaningful positive changes during participation.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences
• Results and timelines vary between families
• No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed
All references to progress describe personal observations, not universal or guaranteed results.
Parental Responsibility and Decision-Making
StarHealing is designed for parents and legal guardians.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child(ren)
• You retain full responsibility for decisions related to your family
• Participation is voluntary and self-directed
• You decide how and whether to apply any guidance provided
StarHealing does not replace parental judgment or responsibility.
Participation and Use
Participation requires active engagement over the 6-month program period.
You agree to:
• Use Program materials for personal family use only
• Not copy, distribute, or misuse Program content
• Participate respectfully and responsibly
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for material violations of this Agreement.
Systems-Based and Quantum-Inspired Frameworks
StarHealing may reference systems-based, science-informed, or quantum-inspired concepts.
These terms describe conceptual and educational frameworks, not medical or clinical technologies, and do not constitute treatment or intervention.
Data and Privacy
StarHealing collects limited personal information to operate the Program, communicate with participants, and support program delivery.
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and internal security standards and is not sold to third parties.
Additional details are provided in our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Payment, Access, and Program Term
StarHealing is offered as a paid 6-month program.
By enrolling, you agree to:
• Pay all disclosed fees
• Understand that access is provided for the program term
• Acknowledge that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Program is provided “as is”
• No specific outcomes are guaranteed
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for decisions made during and after the Program.
Modifications
We may update Program content or this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in StarHealing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the Program and agree to these terms.
